Complete Service Stack

Complete IT Services for New York City and the Tri-State Metro

Six complementary services, one accountable partner. Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, disaster recovery, consulting, and compliance — all integrated, all fixed-fee, all with a named engineer on your account.

The full stack we deliver

Managed IT Services handles day-to-day infrastructure: servers, workstations, networking, helpdesk triage, and on-site support across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and Westchester. Our engineers show up on-site within four hours for critical issues and staff your helpdesk with US-based senior engineers — not offshore triage.

Cybersecurity rounds out the picture with endpoint protection via SentinelOne, email security via Barracuda, and threat monitoring 24/7. We also govern AI tool usage across your firm (a growing compliance demand for financial services and legal firms in New York) and manage your incident response playbook.

Cloud and Microsoft 365 services cover migration, tenant governance, security hardening, and seat optimization. For regulated businesses, we align your tenant to FINRA and SEC rules. For healthcare firms, we implement HIPAA controls at the application layer.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity give you tested failover, documented RTO/RPO targets, and quarterly recovery drills. No guessing whether your backups actually restore.

IT Consulting and Strategic Planning function as your part-time vCIO or vCISO — roadmaps for three years out, cost optimization audits, and cloud strategy tied to your business growth. Fixed-fee engagements, no surprise invoices.

Compliance and Risk Management covers HIPAA, FINRA, SEC, and NY DFS audit prep, incident response procedures, and SOC 2 readiness assessments. We do NOT claim a specific certification, but we walk your firm through the control framework and document your gaps in writing.

How we work with you

We start with a no-charge IT assessment: we review your current stack, measure your backup and recovery posture, test your wireless security, and walk you through a 30-minute governance interview. You get a written report with specific findings and a fixed quote — no surprises.

Onboarding takes 14 days. We stand up your named engineer, migrate you into our ticketing system, and run a first stabilization sprint to address the most urgent issues (usually unpatched systems, poor backup practices, and security misconfigurations). During week two, you get a governance cadence: weekly engineering sync, monthly risk review, and quarterly strategy session.

Engagement is fixed-fee. Most Manhattan firms in financial services and legal run $3,500 to $4,500 per user per month all-inclusive. That covers helpdesk, patches, monitoring, and compliance documentation. If your firm grows, the fee scales; if you need consulting or extra on-site time, that's a separate statement of work.

Where we fit best

We serve SMBs between 25 and 300 users — the sweet spot where you've outgrown a solo IT person but don't yet have a dedicated in-house team. Our clients are professional services (law, accounting, finance), regulated healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit, and municipal operations in the New York metro area.

If you are running a break-fix shop vendor and are frustrated by unpredictable invoices and slow response, or if your current MSP is offshore-only and you need an engineer who shows up on-site when your network goes down, we are designed for you. If you want predictable IT costs, named accountability, and integration across six service areas, we can usually save you money compared to cobbling together separate vendors.

How to start

Call us at 888-788-8292 or fill out the assessment request below. We schedule a 45-minute on-site or video call, depending on your location.

During the assessment, we walk through: current infrastructure (servers, backup, cloud tenant), security posture (endpoint agents, email filters, firewalls), compliance requirements (HIPAA, FINRA, SEC, industry-specific), and pain points (slow helpdesk, frequent outages, cost creep). We also ask who currently owns IT decisions — that's your point of contact.

You get a written report within five business days: a summary of findings, specific risks ranked by impact, service bundle recommendations, and a per-user all-in monthly quote. If you have questions, we schedule a 20-minute follow-up with your leadership and our senior engineer.

If you decide to move forward, onboarding starts the following Monday. We provide a transition checklist, handle all the communication with your current vendor, and staff your first 14 days with peak engineering resources to stabilize and document your environment.

Frequently asked

You can. Most clients start with Managed IT plus Cybersecurity, then add Cloud and Consulting later. We price each service independently and discount bundled packages. Some firms only need Consulting or Compliance. Talk to us about your needs first — we will not force you into a package that does not fit.
We manage it end-to-end. You notify your current vendor with appropriate notice (usually 30 days). We coordinate the migration of servers, user accounts, backups, and DNS records without downtime. During the transition week, both MSPs are present to answer questions and troubleshoot. You own the relationship with your current vendor — we just handle the technical lift.
Yes. We quote per user per month, so as your firm grows or shrinks, the cost scales accordingly. If you add 10 users, you add 10 x [per-user fee] to your invoice. If you bring in a contractor or spin off a division, that headcount change is reflected in the next billing cycle.
Weekly engineering syncs (15 minutes, async-friendly), monthly risk and security reviews (30 minutes, your leadership and our engineer), and quarterly business strategy sessions (60 minutes, your CFO or operations lead, our VP). You also get monthly invoices and quarterly service reports. If you need more engagement for a strategic initiative, we can offer consulting hours.
Yes. Most of our financial services and legal clients run a mix: some servers on-site, some workloads in Azure or AWS, Microsoft 365 in the cloud. We manage all three and keep them talking to each other via identity, network, and backup policies. Hybrid is our bread and butter.
Contracts are 12 months with 60-day cancellation rights. We provide a full transition plan, backup exports, documentation, and 30 days of engineering overlap to help your next vendor get up to speed. You never get held hostage.
